Copyright Policy

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

v4d respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners.

v4d is a technical tool that allows users to retrieve publicly accessible media from supported online sources using URLs provided by the user. v4d does not claim ownership of third-party content and does not determine or guarantee whether a particular download or subsequent use of content is authorised.

1. What v4d Is

v4d does not host, publish, or endorse third-party content. When a user submits a URL, the v4d server requests the source platform and the media URL on the user's behalf and returns the file directly to that user.

v4d is independent from third-party platforms, including X, Twitter, and YouTube, and does not control those platforms or the content on them.

2. Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised representative and believe that content accessible through v4d infringes your copyright, please contact us.

Please provide:

  • an identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • the URL or other information identifying the allegedly infringing content;
  • your name and contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law; and
  • a statement that the information provided is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Where to Send Complaints

Send copyright complaints to: copyright@iminipro.com

Please put "Copyright Complaint" in the subject line so we can process it faster.

4. What We May Do

We review valid copyright complaints. v4d does not host any third-party content and cannot remove content from the source platform, so the measures we can take are limited to this service itself, for example:

  • restricting or terminating access for users who repeatedly abuse the Service;
  • where technically feasible, limiting parsing or download requests for a specific URL; or
  • taking other appropriate measures within our technical capability.

5. Repeat Infringement

We may restrict or terminate access to users who repeatedly use v4d in connection with alleged copyright infringement or other unlawful activity.

6. Third-Party Platforms

If your complaint concerns content hosted directly by a third-party platform, you may also wish to contact the relevant platform through its own copyright reporting process — X and other platforms operate their own mechanisms for handling copyright complaints. v4d cannot remove content from a third-party platform's servers on its behalf.

7. No Ownership Transfer

Downloading content through v4d does not transfer copyright ownership or any other intellectual property rights to the user. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their subsequent use of downloaded content is lawful and properly authorised.

8. Regarding the DMCA

v4d operates a copyright complaints channel but has not registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office. If you wish to submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, you may still send it to the address above and we will handle it in accordance with this policy.

v4d is an independent media retrieval tool. Content you download remains the property of its respective rights holders. Only download and use content you own or have permission to use. v4d is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, Twitter, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.
